DEAR FRIENDS OF OUR VETERANS AND OF THE PA HERO WALK,
I am happy to announce that we have a date for the 7th ANNUAL PA HOMETOWN HERO WALK-------SATURDAY MAY 12, 2018.
This date for the ONE HOUR PA HOME TOWN HERO WALK has been established much earlier than in previous years thanks to the good work and cooperation of the Borough of Lansdale Police Department and the good folks at Trinity Lutheran Church. With this much of a head start I am confident that we can have the biggest and best walk of all.
The format and times will be the same as in all past years, starting and ending at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1000 West Main Street, Lansdale.
So please block out SATURDAY MAY 12, 2018 for our 7th ONE HOUR walk. We are most appreciative of all the great past support of donors, participants and sponsors.

10:15 AM Start WalkingWalk 30 minutes east on Main Street,
turn around and return to Trinity Church
11:15 - 12:30 PM Celebration of Veterans, Camaraderie, Food and Drink

Because we are ALL VOUNTEERS the maximum amount of donation money we raise STAYS IN PENNSYLVANIA & IS USED TO HELP PENNSYLVANIA VETERANS IN NEED FROM ANY ERA OF SERVICE. We are hoping to again have a huge turnout for the Hometown Hero Walk. Even if you cannot attend or walk please make a donation to the PA HERO WALK and send it to me at the address below. We welcome donations in any amount.
Please form your teams for SATURDAY MAY 12TH RIGHT NOW, I guarantee a great time and you will be helping our Pennsylvania veterans by your participation, sponsorship and donations. On Sunday June 10th, 2018 the PA HERO WALK team of ALL VOLUNTEERS will begin our 10TH STATEWIDE WALK, beginning at the PHILADELPHIA ART MUSEUM & ending 14 DAYS & 320 miles later NE of PITTSBURGH.

Since the first PA Hero Walk in 2009, we have raised over $2.95 Million dollars and have helped many veterans with our efforts. We have dedicated our fundraising efforts to focus on Pennsylvania veterans from all branches and from all eras. The group has has received unanimous accolades for our dedication to keep the money raised in Pennsylvania to help Pennsylvania veterans.
